Service Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify our service engagements. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Service cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@codrizon.com
  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion and work already performed
  • We will provide a detailed breakdown of work completed and any applicable refund amount
  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval

Refund Eligibility by Service Type

Web & App Development

  • Before Development Starts: 100% refund of any advance payments
  • During Development (0-25% complete): 75% refund of remaining project cost
  • During Development (26-50% complete): 50% refund of remaining project cost
  • During Development (51-75% complete): 25% refund of remaining project cost
  • After 75% completion: No refund available, but we will complete the project

UI/UX Design Services

  • Before Design Starts: 100% refund of any advance payments
  • During Design Process: Refund based on unused design hours
  • After Design Approval: No refund for completed design work

Quality Assurance Services

  • Before Testing Starts: 100% refund of any advance payments
  • During Testing: Refund based on unused testing hours
  • After Test Report Delivery: No refund for completed testing work

Consulting and Advisory Services

  • Before Session: 100% refund or rescheduling option
  • During Session: No refund for time already spent
  • After Session: No refund for completed consulting work

Non-Refundable Services

The following services and items are non-refundable:

  • Completed work that has been delivered and approved by the client
  • Third-party software licenses, hosting fees, or domain registrations purchased on behalf of the client
  • Rush fees or expedited service charges
  • Travel expenses for on-site services
  • Services that have been used or consumed (e.g., cloud infrastructure usage, API calls)

Quality Issues and Disputes

If you believe our work does not meet the agreed specifications or quality standards:

  • Please contact us immediately with specific details about the issues
  • We will review the concerns and provide a resolution within 5 business days
  • If we agree that the work doesn't meet specifications, we will fix it at no additional cost
  • If we cannot resolve the issue satisfactorily, we will discuss appropriate refund options
  • We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and banking institution.

Payment Method Refunds

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds will be processed to the original bank account
  • Digital Wallets: Refunds will be processed back to the original digital wallet
  • Corporate Accounts: Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method

Service Modifications

Instead of cancellation, we encourage you to discuss service modifications with us. We are often able to adjust project scope, timelines, or deliverables to better meet your needs. This approach typically provides better value for both parties.
